Field of Light
Bruce Munro covered fields with 6,000 glass balls attached to acrylic stems, all strung together with fiber optic cables, in order to create this ethereal installation. It was first displayed in London in 2003, and has moved around several times since. For 2013, Munro hopes to take the installation back to Uluru, Australia, where he was inspired to create this piece.

Sleep in a Work of Art
Graffiti artist Tilt finished this piece (called The Panic Room) for the Au Vieux Panier hotel in Marseille, France. And yes, the room is completed - split down the middle the stark whiteness really plays up the mass graffiti confusion/concoction.
Apparently, it’s not the only art inspired dwelling, Au Vieux Panier commissioned 5 rooms that we’re done over by five different artists, graphic designers, and painters - inviting them to make it their own. No word on what those rooms like yet.
